1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapIT Forms ("Service"), operated by SnapIT SaaS ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapIT Forms is a cloud-based form submission and management service that allows users to create, deploy, and manage HTML forms with backend processing, analytics, and integrations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

SnapIT Forms offers a free tier with 500 monthly submissions and paid plans with higher limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapIT Forms to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent content.
• Collect sensitive personal data (SSNs, health records, payment card numbers) without appropriate safeguards.
• Distribute malware or conduct attacks against any system.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By using SnapIT Forms, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its code, design, and documentation.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process form submissions on your behalf and store them securely in AWS infrastructure located in the United States.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapIT SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
