SnapIT Forms does not sell your personal information.
We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. This page exists to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and provide transparency about your rights.

- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

What Information We Collect
We collect the categories of information described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- Account information (name, email) provided during registration
- Form submission data you process through our service
- Usage data and analytics for service improvement
- Payment information processed securely by Stripe
Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate SnapIT Forms:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and data storage
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — authentication (Google Sign-In)
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request regarding your personal information:
- Email us at snapitsaas@gmail.com with the subject line "CCPA Request"
- Include your name and the email address associated with your account
- Specify whether you want to know, delete, or opt-out
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by law.
